Postage & Packing
Check postage costs before placing your order.
Customers ordering by post or who wish to anticipate the cost of postage before purchase can check the weight of any product on the product description page. To calculate the postage cost simply add together the combined weights of all items in your order and refer to the correct table below for the delivery destination. Registered customers who would prefer us to calculate the postage costs can place the desired items in the shopping cart and follow the checkout procedure to the 'checkout confirmation page' where the postage costs will be displayed. The products can then be removed from the shopping cart or the Customer can click on the 'confirm order' to place the order online.
Postage & Packing
All orders are sent using Royal Mail services. The postage & packing fee shown at checkout is based on the weight of the order and the country specified by the customer for the delivery of goods. The charges are as follows:
UK and Channel Islands:
0 - 300g = £2.50
300g - 2kgs = £5
Over 2kgs = £10
Europe:
0 - 400g = £4
400g - 1.2kgs = £8
1.2kgs - 2kgs = £12
Over 2kgs = £20
Worldwide:
0 - 300g = £5
300g - 800g = £10
800g - 1.2kgs = £15
1.2kgs - 2kgs = £20
Over 2kgs = £50
Product Weight
The weight shown is rounded to the nearest 100g and is the weight of the product plus the estimated weight of packaging depending on the dimensions of the product displayed. Allowances for the weight of packaging have been included in the product weight as follows:
20 grams - CD envelope
50 grams - A4 envelope
100 grams - small packet
200 grams - large packet
Delivery Times
The Company undertakes to dispatch your order within 48 hours of the receipt of cleared payment (Account Customers should refer to "Terms and Conditions"). The Company will inform the Customer by email when an order has been delivered to the Carrier. Customers should allow 3-5 working days for UK deliveries, 5-7 working days for Europe and 7-10 working days Worldwide from the receipt of the email to the receipt of their goods. Linguatique cannot guarantee the delivery times of the Carrier.
